About Me

I am a photographer, writer and social scientist...this is my forum for creative expression. I am using this blog to document my days and nights in the city that never sleeps...all the photographs, unless otherwise credited, have been shot by yours truly. If I offend you...good...I hope you begin to think more critically about the world in which we live. I am here to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly...and there is a whole lotta ugly out there!!! If you have a problem with anything that I write or photograph, let me know. It will not change my opinion but I appreciate and welcome discourse. One little bit of advice...don't do stupid things and let me photograph you...it will turn up on my blog.

Thanks.

The Sunday Show at the Slipper Room - not safe for work - burlesque show

A couple of weeks ago I had a chance to shoot the Sunday Show at the Slipper Room...thanks to Josh McCutchen..check out his on line comedy show..THE JOSH McCUTCHEN show.

Now..these photos are for adults..there is a little bit of nudity...not advised for those with weak hearts and restrictive moral standards.

I love fire performances...

Some of the performers for the evening.

During an intermission, the subject of Trannies came up and guess what ensued...a Tranny got on stage and began showing his/her tits. It turns out that this young man/lady is a prominent adult entertainer on line and has an entire catalog of material for those that are interested. He/she was there with his/her girlfriend (really a girl) who then started making out with one of the other Trannies in the crew...pretty interesting...

told you...the blond in the white jacket that is suckling the other young lady is a dude...and the girl being suckled was there with her Tranny boyfriend that exposed him/herself in the previous photo.

And the fun did not stop with Fire and Trannies...the next scene was inspired by Richard Gear...fake coke, fake rat in the ass and a masturbation scene utilizing a prosthetic penis...awesome.

Flashdance...

After the gentleman on stage was splashed with a bucket of water, the performer decided to help him out and dry him off...with the rag that was stashed in her vagina!!! Have a closer look.

Yep...have a look at the slide show from some more photos from this little scene...girls kissing girls..

More Fire...More FIre...More Fire!!!!

Talent is talent...

See you soon...hit me up to shoot your event!!!

Shaman Work and Adidas party in Soho.

Wednesday turned into an unexpectedly fun night. My homie from DC, 2 Tone Jones, was spinning with Sucio at the Adidas store in Soho - so I had to stop through...it also turned out to be a good chance to hear some of the new music being released by Shaman Works. Shouts to Art vs Commerce.

I ran into a bunch of cats from Morehouse and we had some free drinks thanks to the generosity of 10 Cane Rum.Align Center

Oval event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame annex ft. Semi Precious Weapons

Last week was crazy...I shot an event for Oval Vodka at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in NYC on Tuesday, hosted the Cake and Kisses Party in Wash DC on Thursday, played two shows at the University of MD on Friday, hosted an emcee battle and then dropped by the radio station at University of MD for a crazy recording session and party on Saturday, came back to NYC for a photo shoot Sunday and now...time to post some images.

The Oval party that I shot was one of the best media/live music events that I have been to in a while; from the decor, to the talent to the people that showed up...it was a lot of fun.

Justin Tranter

The event was held in order to celebrate the newly launched earring line, Vamp, by Fetty (which is owned by the lead singer of Semi Precious Weapons - Justin Tranter) The night included: free Oval vodka, free absinthe (the fake kind), a dope performance by Semi Precious Weapons, and a bunch of cool guests...have a look.

Dj Lady Starlight holding up one of her favorite records...that's right...she brought records to the club - that's what's up. Always show love for the DJ!

The place was packed for the Semi Precious Weapons performance.

After the performance, I found my way to the VIP for a couple of more drinks and ran into some cool people.
