I am a photographer, writer and social scientist...this is my forum for creative expression. I am using this blog to document my days and nights in the city that never sleeps...all the photographs, unless otherwise credited, have been shot by yours truly. If I offend you...good...I hope you begin to think more critically about the world in which we live. I am here to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly...and there is a whole lotta ugly out there!!! If you have a problem with anything that I write or photograph, let me know. It will not change my opinion but I appreciate and welcome discourse. One little bit of advice...don't do stupid things and let me photograph you...it will turn up on my blog.

Lee Carr party at Prime, SPA 88 party

Thursday night...first Prime and then a pool party at Spa 88.

I ran into a cat that went to Morehouse with me (pictured below on the left)...his brother manages R&B singer Hal.

Below, we have Shaheem Reid (MTV News) and two friends - by the way, Happy Birthday Shaheem.

I left prime and made may way to the train station; next stop, Spa 88.
Now...check these blue flowers out...what the hell is going on??!!!
I did not photoshop this...weird.

I love this outfit...you needed to see it in person...The scarf had a New York times pattern all over it and the handbag was kind of trippy.

Divine Chocolate, NBA party and Pink Elephant

So...I woke up at 6am Wednesday morning and worked a product shoot for Divine Chocolates (above) -- I did not go to sleep until 5am Thursday morning, after shooting a NBA draft party and the afterparty at Pink Elephant.
The NBA event was insane...one entrance/exit and a massive amount of people trying to get in, all of whom were on the list. After a twenty minute discussion with the doorman, I finally got into the party...nice cars, free drinks, and free food...cool.

The afterparty for the event was at Pink Elephant...if you have never been to the party at Pink Elephant on a Wednesday night, you need to check it out.
More free drinks and a lot of people that were not camera shy.
