Friday afternoon was a long one; we left the Vimby party, wandered around 6th st, and then went to another BPM party at the Elk Lodge. We missed most of the festivities (the drinks ended at 8pm), but we met a couple of cool people.
I don't remember this woman's name, but she is an indie writer, singer, guitar player and interesting person to be around.
Check her out at http://www.myspace.com/thepassivedisaster
On the way out, we said good-by to the nicest, middle aged, white ladies that I had the pleasure to meet during my stay in Texas. Who new the Elk's lodge could be so cool?
Time to hit the streets before the Frank 151 party at the Music Gym.
Check out the TATS!!
and Piercings...
Who said it not ladylike to have body art?
Next stop...the Music Gym.
About Me
I am a photographer, writer and social scientist...this is my forum for creative expression. I am using this blog to document my days and nights in the city that never sleeps...all the photographs, unless otherwise credited, have been shot by yours truly. If I offend you...good...I hope you begin to think more critically about the world in which we live. I am here to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly...and there is a whole lotta ugly out there!!! If you have a problem with anything that I write or photograph, let me know. It will not change my opinion but I appreciate and welcome discourse. One little bit of advice...don't do stupid things and let me photograph you...it will turn up on my blog.
Thanks.
